Step 1 – Move the Rio Click Back away from any wall
Step 2 – Unzip the back side of the headrest covers and pop out the two foldable rear legs ensuring they are fully extended and locked in place
Step 3 – Push the back of the headrest forward till you hear that distinctive click of the click-clack mechanism, then slowly move the headrest backwards to lower it flat

No. The Rio Click Back is a true click clack sofa bed where the backrest folds down to make the bed – it does not fold out onto the floor. When converted, the bed sits 45cm off the floor and is designed to sleep across the width.
Many cheaper sofa beds are simply mattresses folded into a seat shape, which fold out onto the floor when used as a bed. The Rio is built differently: simply click the headrest forward to unlock, then the headrest folds down to make the bed, keeping your guests off the floor and giving them the comfort of a real bed

The main seat cover and headrest cover over the pillowtop layer can be fully unzipped and removed. To remove, unzip fully and unclip each tuft point (the distinctive ‘dimples’ you see on the seat and headrest) to remove. We recommend dry cleaning the seat and headrest cover to preserve the fabric and colour. This ensures you can keep the seat and sleeping areas clean and fresh
The fabric surrounding the base and back of the headrest is stitched in and cannot be removed.
The main seat and headrest cover that sits over the pillowtop layer is removable and replaceable. If it gets damaged or you simply want to refresh the look, you can order a new fabric cover and replace it yourself at home — no need to reupholster or replace the whole sofa.
