A pullout sofa bed functions both as a comfortable sofa and a full-size bed. It features a hidden mattress and frame tucked inside the sofa base. When needed, you simply pull out the internal frame using a smooth gliding mechanism to transform the sofa into a bed in just a few easy steps.

Are pull-out sofa beds comfortable for everyday use?

Yes, Bambillo pullout sofa beds are comfortable. Each mattress features three layers of premium foam, including gel memory foam for cooling, high-density foam for firm support and high-elasticity rebound foam for long-lasting comfort.

Do Bambillo pull-out sofa beds come fully assembled?

Most of our sofa beds require light assembly. Clear instructions are included, and only minimal tools are needed. If you’re collecting from a store, make sure you have the right vehicle and equipment for transport.

How long does it take to set up a Bambillo pull-out sofa bed?

From single pullout sofa bed to king-size pullout sofa bed, most customers complete setup in under an hour. Our sofa beds come with clear instructions and require only basic tools. Once assembled, switching from sofa to bed takes just a few seconds using the built-in gliding rail system.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we offer standard delivery within Melbourne starting at $99 including GST. Extra charges may apply for stairs, time-specific deliveries or regional areas. Alternatively, you can also pick up your pullout sofa bed from the store where you made your purchase. Please ensure you bring suitable transport and any necessary packing materials, such as blankets, straps or ropes, as we’re unable to supply these on site.

What’s covered under the Bambillo Sofa Bed Warranty?

All Bambillo sofa beds come with a three-year warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for personal use. It excludes commercial use, wear and tear, misuse or improper assembly. Full warranty details are available on our site.

What sizes does Bambillo Sofa Bed offer?

We offer four sizes to suit different rooms and needs:

Single pullout sofa bed
Double pullout sofa bed
Pullout queen sofa bed
King size pullout sofa bed

So make sure that before buying, the sofa bed will fit your space. Check the size of your doors, stairwells or lifts to ensure they can accommodate the delivery. Some items are bulky and may not fit through narrow entryways. If access is tricky, let us know when you make your purchase.

What if I receive an incorrect or missing item?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or delivery of the missing item. While we aim to resolve these matters quickly, replacement times may depend on stock availability. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
